This heavy duty tire swivel has universal joints covered with a rubber boot for finger protection. It will turn 360 degrees with less tangling or wrapping the chains. Painted with rust proof enamel in black.
The plate is 8 1/16” x 4” with two 1/2” holes that are 6 1/8” center to center.The swivel is 10.5” in overall length.It hangs down 10-1/4″.7.6 lbs. each. Tensile strength 17000 lbs.
